Daniel and his crew are amazing craftsmen who pay attention to detail. They are always courteous and keep their promises. Great communicators and their scheduling is always on time with calls before arrivals. I highly recommend AP&R for any future projects. I recently used their services when my home was flooded from a water leak. They handled all aspects of the repairs from painting, carpentry, carpet and hardwood floor refinishing. I have since used them to replace a window and pressure wash and paint my house. ,

I would like to give a shout out to Daniel and his company AP&R Construction. They just completed an extensive water damage restoration on my main floor and basement. They did an excellent job with the hardwood flooring patching and refinishing on the main floor. Also did a great job with carpentery sheetrock, painting and carpet work downstairs. My husband and I hired Daniel’s team to repair holes in ceilings from a leak. The sheet rock work and the painting was done beautifully. Also great care to protect the furnishings. Afterward, they did a detailed cleaning of the room to remove any lingering sheet rock dust. Daniel is always easy to reach for questions. He responds quickly and he is punctual.

AP&R has completed multiple interior and exterior projects for my family the past several years. They are the only phone call I make. Daniel is a true craftsman who strives for perfection. It is refreshing that a company still understands that quality customer service still means something.

We have loved having Daniel and his team at AP&R Construction, build and renovate multiple projects within our home. He and his team were very detailed and made sure to understand what our goals were. I’d recommend Daniel and his team for any home projects.

I will start by saying that I will only use AP&R Construction Group for all of my home renovation projects from now on. Daniel and his team were great from start to finish. Daniel took the time to work around my schedule and meet me late in the evening for the initial scope walk through of our master bathroom and laundry room renovations. He listened to every detail that my wife and I wanted, and followed up with a very detailed estimate that captured everything that we asked for. We were living in the house while renovations were going on and his team was very mindful of that and went the extra mile to keep the work area and the rest of the house very clean. Their attention to every detail was incredible and kept us updated every step of the way. There were minor unforeseen issues that came and Daniel kept us very involved in the decision making and even took care of a few things that were not originally accounted for. Daniel and his team were so easy to work with. They did a project for us in 2022 and another project recently. After the water damage in 2022 he and his team installed drywall, new flooring, doors, bathroom and den. It was all done with care and concern. We recently hired them again to do flooring in multiple rooms in our upstairs, they redid the kitchen sink, painted and again handled the furniture with the upmost care. I just had my master bathroom completed by Daniel and his team and this whole process was extremely easy and not stressful at all because of Daniel’s professionalism, ethics and integrity. When the project started, I was 9 months pregnant, and you can imagine how stressful it is to be close to your due date and having renovations done at the same time but Daniel ensured that his team were flexible with me, and made sure I always felt comfortable with the work being done. The bathroom is top notch, and I am so in love with our bathroom. The team did great and I highly highly recommend them. They were all so kind and professional.
