His attention to details and perfection is unmatched. He takes pride in his work. I was so impressed with his team, i contracted them to restore and repaint the outside of my house, replacing bad wood as well as replacing several windows and siding. Daniel and his crew are amazing craftsmen who pay attention to detail. They are always courteous and keep their promises. Great communicators and their scheduling is always on time with calls before arrivals. I highly recommend AP&R for any future projects. I recently used their services when my home was flooded from a water leak. They handled all aspects of the repairs from painting, carpentry, carpet and hardwood floor refinishing. I have since used them to replace a window and pressure wash and paint my house. ,

I would like to give a shout out to Daniel and his company AP&R Construction. They just completed an extensive water damage restoration on my main floor and basement. They did an excellent job with the hardwood flooring patching and refinishing on the main floor. Also did a great job with carpentery sheetrock, painting and carpet work downstairs. They are very professional easy to work with and showed up when promised and always kept us informed. We were completely satisfied with their work and would certainly recommend them . Tom Gattis

My husband and I hired Daniel’s team to repair holes in ceilings from a leak. The sheet rock work and the painting was done beautifully. Also great care to protect the furnishings. Afterward, they did a detailed cleaning of the room to remove any lingering sheet rock dust. Daniel is always easy to reach for questions. He responds quickly and he is punctual.

AP&R has completed multiple interior and exterior projects for my family the past several years. They are the only phone call I make. Daniel is a true craftsman who strives for perfection. It is refreshing that a company still understands that quality customer service still means something.

I highly recommend Daniel and his team! Not only did they do excellent work, but they were very professional and cleaned up their work area all along the way. Daniel provided us with a detailed explanation of all charges and expenses and even refunded the money for materials that weren’t used! Not only do we have a beautiful wrought iron fence now, we have someone we will call for every job at our home. We are extremely pleased

Daniel and his employees did an excellent job repairing my drywall ceiling in my storage room. The work was done promptly and cleanup was excellent. Daniel was always prompt in returning my text and phone calls. I would highly recommend Daniel and his company.

AP&R Is simply THE BEST! I was recommended to Daniel , founder and owner of AP&R from someone who continues to use AP&R EXCLUSIVELY for several years on various residential and commercial properties! No doubt, after my observations and experience, it’s easy to see how AP&R stands out as “SIMPLY THE BEST” . From my first contact with Daniel as he meticulously assessed my wood rot issues of chimney, facia, soffit, entry, portico, exterior column, and an entire wood side of the house, I admired his due diligence, taking photos and capturing specific measurements specific standards of materials that were incorporated in my itemized project proposal. From the first minute on the job with a specialized demo team to the very last hour here as I walked the property with Daniel to inspect everything,, I was extremely pleased with each of AP&R’s Sub specialty team’s competencies, attention to detail, and strong work ethic, regardless of the high temperatures during the time of this project. It’s been known that regardless of a company owner’s proposal , the most important part of a project is the team (s) that will do the work on the project. Day after day, I noticed the passion and the concern for detail that each team provided for our project. From my observations and results, it seems that AP&R makes it their NORMAL STANDARD practice to consistently deliver QUALITY durable work while giving their clients excellent value for their project. Indeed, from start to finish AP&R Construction Is SIMPLY THE BEST ! Much gratitude to AP&R team!
